The agreement between you and Treasure Corner
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or placing an order through the Treasure Corner website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our site or place an order.
2. Products and pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
3. Orders and payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock errors.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipped via Royal Mail, typically arriving within 3–7 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–9 business days. A flat shipping fee of £11.95 applies to all orders. Carriers used may vary depending on the shipment and delivery destination.
5. Returns and refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee on eligible returns. We do not currently offer exchanges; if you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Use of our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict anyone else's use of the site. All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Treasure Corner unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Treasure Corner is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under UK law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
