ORDERS & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP).
When will my card be charged?
Payment is taken in full when you place your order, and your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@treasurecorner.store as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to help.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of £11.95 per order, anywhere within the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipped via Royal Mail, which typically takes 3–7 business days to deliver. In total, you can expect your order in around 4–9 business days from the time it's placed.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not currently — we ship within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in future, and we'll update this page if that changes.
Is there a cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM UK Time on a business day are processed that day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on a day we're closed, are processed the next available business day.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What's your return window?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an eligible item.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, there is no restocking fee on eligible returns.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We don't currently offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, within 10 business days of your return being received and approved.
